Description

At the moment, it is only zappa tail that supports a --no-color and a --force-color argument.

I'd like to suggest instead making a global --color=[auto|never|always] flag, which would affect all subcommands. There is currently no way to force color on zappa status which is why I'm filing the issue.

That particular --color= flag syntax is very standard across all unix tools (grep, ls, etc)

The issue requests a global color flag for all subcommands. Currently, only `zappa tail` has ` no color` and ` force color`. Begin by locating the CLI entry point (likely in `zappa/cli.py` or similar) and examine how ` no color` is implemented for `tail`. Then, add a global ` color` option to the main Click group, and modify existing color related logic to respect the global flag. Check for any existing discussions in the comments for additional context.
