During QA, we identified a few instruction‑level issues in Lab 4 that were corrected on the Skillable platform and may need to be applied to the GitHub version as well.

Lab 4: Integrate Agent with Foundry IQ

Step: 5

Removed stray author note in Step 5 - The incorrect line referencing “Foundry IQ Knowledge base capabilities: Pause til next month” was deleted. This text does not appear anywhere in the Foundry UI and caused confusion during KB setup.

Lab 4: Integrate Agent with Foundry IQ

Added instruction to remove the Web Search tool - Learners are now directed to remove the Web Search tool in the agent playground. Leaving it enabled triggers the web_search_preview model‑compatibility error and blocks all KB queries.

Added instruction to attach the Foundry IQ knowledge base tool — The agent‑configuration steps now explicitly tell learners to add the Foundry IQ knowledge base tool (kb‑knowledgebase…). Without this tool attached, the agent cannot call the KB even when the KB shows as active.
