Research direction

Start with the Hosting samples and the host-application-samples documentation location named in the issue. Read the linked PowerShell issue for the guidance that unblocked the reported use case. Done means adding a Runspace Sample under Runspace Samples that documents invoking an external PowerShell file from C# with the PowerShell SDK.

Summary of the new document or enhancement

I struggled to find the correct way to implement invoking an external Powershell file using the Powershell SDK from C#.

I ended up having to log https://github.com/PowerShell/PowerShell/issues/16893 in order to get some help and get unblocked.

In the Hosting samples, there isn't an example that reflects the use case and the documentation the maintainer supplied was sourced from SO.
