Trying to open the vscode-pull-request-github repo, it seems like it mixes local search with delayed online results that lead to results jumping around async and being sorted rather unexpected.

Video of typing vscode-*pull* where vscode-pull-request-github is sorted on top first, but is after some delay replaced by some fork.
