it should be possible to edit the term overview directly

Description

We don't want to continually pop up the new term panel whenever we want to make a small change since it hides all the useful contextual information about the term.

For example, for synonyms and description it should be possible to click a little edit marker next to the name of the field and edit or add synonyms/description.

Not all fields in the overview are editable, but synonyms, description, and existing ids, and perferred id should be (some more complex constraints may be needed for preferred and existing ids). Type should also be editable but should probably come with a warning since it is unusual for normal users to need to make such changes.
