Current behaviour:
A user cannot rename their already created local projects.

Feature description:
For local projects that have not been pushed to the server, a user can tap on the 3-dotted button in the list of projects, which will prompt a menu drawer with the last option to rename the local project. This way, the user can change the name before publishing the project to the server.

Acceptance criteria:

  • the option to rename the project should only apply to local projects that have not been pushed/synced with the server
  • change the name of the local project with the new one once pressing confirm in the "edit project name" drawer
  • add a guard to make sure that the project name is not empty when confirming the input
  • add a guard to make sure that the project name is not taken already by another local/downloaded project
  • follow figma designs
