When using the filtering functionality in the Mergin Maps mobile app on iOS, a date field displays an incomplete date value. The date is not rendered in full, resulting in a missing or truncated date format that does not reflect the complete date stored in the field. The issue is reproducible on iOS only.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Mergin Maps mobile app and open a project containing a layer with a Date field.
2. Tap the Filter button to open the filtering panel.
3. Select the Date field as the filter criteria.
4. Observe the date value displayed in the filter.

Actual results
The date field displays an incomplete date — part of the date value is missing or truncated in the filter panel on iOS.

Expected results
The date field should display the full and correctly formatted date value in the filtering panel.
