Description

Please consider adding support on Android for the new "live update" notification type:

And adding support on iOS for the equivalent "live data" notification type:

https://developer.apple.com/documentation/activitykit/displaying-live-data-with-live-activities

There is another Flutter package which provides this functionality, however it would be nice to consolidate with just flutter_local_notifications rather than fragmenting event types across multiple packages:

Research direction
Investigate the existing Flutter plugin codebase for notification handling on Android and iOS. Review the linked Android Live Update and iOS Live Activities documentation to understand the API. Examine the current implementation in platform specific files (e.g., android/src/main/java/..., ios/...). Consider how to integrate these new notification types while maintaining backward compatibility. The issue also references a similar package (live activities) that may provide insight.
