with curl and https

Reproduce the two provided pycurl examples and start with the HttpParserError traceback in httptools/parser/parser.pyx. Compare the data sent to p.feed_data through WRITEFUNCTION and HEADERFUNCTION for HTTP and HTTPS, then document or test the expected HTTPS and gzip-decoding behavior.

I try to combine pycurl and httptools, but I found it can't deal with https, here is my code:

by the way, how can i let httptools auto decode with Accept-Encoding: gzip,deflate
