Description

As a continuation to https://github.com/LeoColman/Petals/issues/119, we should have a setup to find if we have forgotten any unlocalized string in the code.

Contributor guide

Research direction
Investigate existing lint tools or custom scripts to detect hard coded strings in the Android resource files and Kotlin source code. Look into Android Lint's 'HardcodedText' check or create a custom lint rule. Alternatively, explore using static analysis tools like Detekt with custom rules.
