Research direction

Start by reviewing the repository's GitHub Actions page and the commit pushed after running npm test; the issue does not name a workflow file or test beyond that command. Reproduce the push flow and determine why the assignment does not appear in Actions; done means the expected assignment workflow is visible there.

Description

Hi,
So I have completed the assignment in the terminal. I did npm test and my code passed.
I then did commit -m "Homework Assignment"
then git push, and everything seemed to be working fine, but when I check workflow page, I don't see my assignment like the text book said I would?
I hit the action after completing the assignment, when that should have been done prior. I tried to redo the assignment again to see if this would fix my issue, but it didn't. I have pictures uploaded to show what I see.
