Research direction

Start with profile/README.md at the linked section and review the wording around “contact the SCM Support Team.” Clarify what SCM means and add the missing contact breadcrumbs requested in the issue; it is done when a reader can understand the reference and know how to proceed.

Description

Regarding this thing:

https://github.com/Juniper/.github/blob/5b938c1f25faa0af92854d6107d5e8169cdf5d47/profile/README.md?plain=1#L7

"contact the SCM Support Team" is not a lot to work with. I don't know what "SCM" stands for. I tried plugging "SCM support team" into both the HPE and Juniper intranet search boxes and well... Now I'm back here.

Perhaps you could sprinkle a few more breadcrumbs here?
