When calling a macro pkg.@macro the cell is reactive to import pkg.

julia> Pluto.ReactiveNode("pkg.@macro").references
Set{Symbol} with 1 element:
  Symbol("pkg.@macro")

julia> Pluto.ReactiveNode("pkg.function").references
Set{Symbol} with 1 element:
  :pkg

Research direction
Investigate the `ReactiveNode` constructor to understand how macro calls with explicit package prefixes are parsed. The bug is that `pkg.@macro` should produce a reference to `:pkg`, similar to `pkg.function`, but currently it produces a reference to `Symbol("pkg.@macro")`. Look at the code that extracts symbols from expressions, likely in Pluto's source files such as `expressions.jl` or `reactive.jl`. Focus on the logic for handling macro calls and how the symbol is constructed.
