Description

Considering that plain bar charts are already possible, I hope it wouldn't be too hard to implement stacked bar charts like these from the blessed-contrib repo (code under MIT license).

Research direction
Examine the existing bar chart implementation in UnicodePlots.jl, likely in src/barplot.jl or similar. Understand how bars are drawn using Unicode characters. Then design stacked bars by layering multiple bars on the same x position. Consider using the blessed contrib example for reference. There are no linked PRs or comments.
