Description

I get the following warning when I use Plots with the Plotly backend:

┌ Warning: PlotlyBase 0.8.18 is not compatible with this version of Plots. The declared compatibility is 0.7.

Research direction
The issue is a version compatibility bump. The file Project.toml in the repository root contains the compatibility declaration for PlotlyBase. Update the version bound from 0.7 to include 0.8, ensuring it does not break existing functionality. Run the existing test suite to verify.
