Similar as to how the julia buildbot works to check that we do not have assumptions about the current machine built into the app.

Research direction
Investigate existing buildbot setup in JuliaLang/julia to replicate for PackageCompiler. Consider using services like GitHub Actions to automate upload to a temporary storage and download on a separate runner without Julia installed. Look at the current test suite (test/ directory) to understand where to add a new test.
