Description

The title says it all, currently we use Requires for collect_results. We should not do that as Julia natively supports conditional dependencies via the extensions. See here for how to do it: https://pkgdocs.julialang.org/dev/creating-packages/#Conditional-loading-of-code-in-packages-(Extensions)

Research direction
Review the current usage of Requires.jl in DrWatson.jl, especially for 'collect results' and DataFrames. Study the Julia documentation on package extensions linked in the issue. Examine the relevant source files (likely in src/ and possibly ext/) to understand the existing implementation. Plan to refactor by creating extension files and removing the Requires dependency.
