Description

Wondering if you would consider adding to the roadmap support to output to Splunk w/ Splunk dashboards as an alternative to ES for those of us who heavily utilize Splunk? I’d be willing to assist adding this support as I have time...I could also help test if/when you decide to work toward this.

Research direction
Review existing output modules (e.g., Elasticsearch) in the codebase to understand the pattern. Check the repository's documentation for contributing guidelines. Investigate the Splunk HTTP Event Collector (HEC) API for sending data. No linked PRs or maintainer responses visible.
