md_5 did simple non blocking event system: https://github.com/SpigotMC/BungeeCord/blob/master/api/src/main/java/net/md_5/bungee/api/event/AsyncEvent.java

We can make something similar. #215 shows how it can be helpful. What do you think?

Research direction
Investigate the existing event system in Glowstone (likely in src/main/java/net/glowstone/event/). Review the BungeeCord AsyncEvent implementation referenced in the issue. Check linked issue #215 for use cases. Discuss with maintainers if this feature is still wanted and clarify the design approach, including thread safety and performance considerations.
