Follow-up to the fuel-asm refactor changes here: https://github.com/FuelLabs/sway/pull/4004. We should check other usage of the term Opcode too.

Review PR #4004 for the terminology changes and search the codebase for all occurrences of 'AllocatedOpcode' to rename to 'AllocatedInstruction'. Additionally, look for any other uses of 'Opcode' that may need updating to 'Instruction' to align with fuel spec/fuel asm. Check the comments on the issue for any maintainer guidance on scope.
