Research direction

Locate all Manifest.toml files in the repository (e.g., under vision/conv mnist/ and other project directories). For each, navigate to that directory and run `julia project=. e 'using Pkg; Pkg.instantiate()'` to regenerate the manifest in the current format. Verify that the warning disappears when running `Pkg.instantiate()` again. Commit the updated manifest files.
