Description

I came across Parrot Simulator Decentralized https://github.com/FedML-AI/FedML/tree/2b6a20210aa78ba2abeb842985e94105159ddb37/python/examples/cross_silo/grpc_fedavg_mnist_lr_example. There is no training and aggregation in simulator of decentralized FL.

Contributor guide

Research direction
Study the existing Parrot Simulator Decentralized example and the FedML codebase to understand the current simulation flow. Then, based on the cross silo gRPC example, implement the missing training and aggregation logic in the simulator. Focus on the gRPC communication and how models are exchanged between clients.
