Description

Since check-build is using jsinspect internal API it should now read .jsinspectrc file.

Am I right @danielstjules?

Examine jsinspect's release notes for version 0.2.0 to understand how .jsinspectrc is loaded. Update check build's jsinspect integration to read the config file using the new internal API. Look at jsinspect's source code or documentation for the relevant function. Modify the code in check build that invokes jsinspect to handle the configuration.
