Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the existing player-head drop behavior and command registrations; done means a command can manually create the same head drops for replacement or cosmetic use.

Description

CMDBOOK-2302 - Reported by Swords761

Is it possible for you to add in a command to manually spawn in head drops? I dropped the plugin "PlayerHeads" since Craftbook essentially has the same feature built into it, but it can't spawn the heads by command, only by actual death. Would sincerely appreciate this feature for replacing heads stolen, making ones for personal/cosmetic use, etc.
