Description

I have already reported the underlying problem at https://github.com/EmmyLuaLs/emmylua-analyzer-rust/issues/1215 but I am concerned that the VSCode extension didn't surface this failure. The error shows up in the Output of the extension, but I got increasingly confused as my configuration changes were not taking effect. When the configuration fails to load, this should probably produce a warning visible to the user.
