Brief description of the issue

The Standard Operating Procedure (and I assume the rest of the reference manuals) textbook in-game does not pull up the correct webpage, referring to aeiou-station.space instead of eclipse-station.space

What you expected to happen

For reference textbooks in game to draw from the wiki instead of a non-existent, outdated URL.

What actually happened

See above.

Find textbook, open.

Search the codebase for the string 'aeiou station.space' to locate where the SOP manual URL is hardcoded. Replace it with the correct URL 'eclipse station.space' (or the appropriate wiki link). Check other manual files for similar outdated URLs. The image in the issue shows the incorrect URL displayed in game. No open PRs or assignees, so this issue is available for takeover.
