⎕CSV, ⎕R, ⎕S, ⎕NGET, ⎕NPUT and ⎕SHELL all use the same values for file encoding. So would it be worth putting that text and table into a separate file and either having an explicit link from these system functions, or pull into each of these sysfns at build time ?

Currently for example ⎕csv has a link ("See file encodings") to a missing anchor in the ⎕nget page. (see also #1022)
