При выгрузке разработки в XML файлах используется разная кодировка, что препятствует корректной загрузке разработки в репозиторий с исходными кодами.
Например в выгруженном маршруте есть файл Card.xml в котором указана кодировка windows-1251 и файл Properties.xml в котором указана кодировка utf-16, при этом сам текст в Properties.xml представлен в кодировке windows-1251. При загрузке в git такого XML кириллический текст отображается вопросами.
