Description

Seems to be a bug when trying to backfill Zenbot for CEX.IO USD.

./zenbot.sh backfill cexio.BTC-USD --days 14

This should return only 14 days worth, however, it starts downloading from 2014. I think this might be the case when backfilling other pairs from CEX.IO too.

Research direction
Investigate the backfill function in the CEX.IO adapter, likely in exchanges/cexio.js. Check how the date range is passed to the API; the issue suggests it downloads from 2014 instead of the specified days. Look at the backfill selector or fetchTrades function to see if the 'since' parameter is incorrectly calculated or missing. Also review if similar bugs exist in other exchange adapters.
