Description

When we are clicking the contribute button on the client course page to add a file and triggering the upload flow:

And then clicking the submit button (which shows cursor: blocked on hover)

Expected: We should see a red line error message or a toast saying please upload a valid file Actual: The flow is succeeding and giving a success toast.
