Description of Problem: 
Please compare desktop view (Desktop 1.png below) to mobile screenshots.
Notice that the desktop view modal correctly obscures the background page with a drop shadow and a gray screen behind the AskJJ section.
The mobile screen needs to have similar visual cues: a gray screen that separates the modal from the background. Please see the before-and-after images of the mobile screens for ideas.
