Description

Describe the bug

When refilling a washing machine, the game allows you to fill it with soapy water. The tanks get filled with it but then blocks you from filling it with normal water or use it, due to the lack of water.

Steps to reproduce

1.Fill a washing machine with soapy water 2.Try to use it or refill it with water 3.Despite having valid items on hand, can't do either

Expected behavior

I would expect that soapy water would not be allowed to be inserted in the washing machine.
