Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I feel like, with frog mutants being a thing now, and croaking voice being a mutation that came with them, bird mutants should be able to get a similar mutation for themselves.

Solution you would like.

A mutation for bird mutants that makes their voices reminiscent of a songbird's singing, which makes it easier to persuade NPCs, but harder to intimidate them.

Describe alternatives you have considered.
