Is there any staff member available to help?? I just made the mistake of updating Cherry while the agent was working, and now all the original conversation windows are unusable. I'm at a critical point in my project, and I'd like to know what's going on?

Currently, I've tried reloading, but it didn't work. Restarting the software and reinstalling both don't work either. I wish I hadn't updated.

If this were a normal situation, I could ignore this problem, but this is a critical project for my work. My Claude Agent assistant contains almost all of my project situations and progress.
