Description

The downloads page has a "warning" in the top with a warning symbol, which can be misleading as it is not only not critical information, but also not applies to the handheld edition (which is clarified in the handheld edition's description) despite being at the top. It is important information tough, so it would be good to have it somewhere else. As it is also not used anywhere else, the EditionsNote.astro file could be removed.
