I'm looking is it possible to publish events to Aws EventBridge using Brighter, since EventBridge is using a different approach than SNS (without a Topic).

Examine the existing AWS SNS producer implementation in Brighter (e.g., AWSProducer.cs) to understand the current pattern for AWS services. Then investigate the AWS EventBridge API via the AWS SDK for .NET, focusing on the PutEvents call, and propose a new producer class that targets an event bus.
