I'm looking is it possible to publish events to Aws EventBridge using Brighter, since EventBridge is using a different approach than SNS (without a Topic).

Research direction
Study the existing AWS SNS producer implementation in Brighter (e.g., `SnsProducer`). Understand how it publishes messages to SNS topics. Then research AWS EventBridge API to design a similar `EventBridgeProducer` that uses the PutEvents API. Focus on differences: EventBridge uses event buses instead of topics.
