Describe the bug

When I secured a capacitor into a under construction phazon. I noticed it ate my capacitor ie when i secured it it didn't register the capacitor being added

What did you expect?

I expected the capacitor to be secured and to be able to proceed wirh construction

Reproducible steps

1.get a quad capacitor 2. insert it into a phazon 3. secure it

Research direction
Investigate the phazon construction code, likely in code/modules/mecha/construction.dm or similar. The issue is that securing a capacitor does not update the construction state. Check the 'secure part' proc or equivalent to ensure the capacitor is being tracked correctly. Look at how other parts (like cells) are handled for consistency.
