Description
Adds a native Rusyn quickstart at sdks/python-cli/examples/quickstart.rue.md (~0.6M speakers (Carpathian)), following the merged Ilocano (#14570), Icelandic, and Irish structure verified by the reviewer in #14748: command names and program messages stay in English, and every example is read-only or local.
Covers install (pipx and venv), omi auth login (browser and developer API key), auth status / whoami, read-only data exploration, the global --json option with --limit/--offset pagination, redirected exports with stderr discipline, and logout with the server-side key revocation note.
