Description
Adds a native Papiamento quickstart at sdks/python-cli/examples/quickstart.pap.md (~0.35M speakers (Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao)), following the merged Ilocano (#14570), Icelandic, and Irish structure: command names and program messages stay in English, and every example is read-only or local.
Covers install (pipx and venv), omi auth login (browser and developer API key), auth status / whoami, read-only data exploration, the global --json option with --limit/--offset pagination, redirected exports with stderr discipline, and logout with the server-side key revocation note.
Discovery link added in both README indexes (sdks/python-cli/README.md and sdks/python-cli/examples/README.md).
Proposed bounty: US$25, matching the other CLI localization bounties (e.g., #14570, #14219).
