Description

Hi @josancamon19 and @kodjima33 — I have prepared an official docs-only Bahasa Melayu (Malay) quickstart to help Malay-speaking users get from installation to their first result, while keeping commands in English and the English README authoritative.

Proposed reward: US$25 after acceptance and merge. The two-file scope is sdks/python-cli/examples/quickstart.ms.md plus one link in examples/README.md. No CLI or API code changes.
