Description

This is probably due to strict mode being removed from Mergify.

To fix this, try to remove this line:

https://github.com/AzureAms/ToastNotification.Uno/blob/6c5fe1fc82ea72428f9e6ee737f530a1181908ff/.mergify.yml#L25

from .mergify.yml and create a pull request. See if the issue is resolved.
