We use DTFx with Azure storage-based orchestration service (running on VMSS). We start orchestration as part of on Synapse api call where we provision some azure resources. We have seen that one orchestration started with id(1233264a-819e-4729-8839-a8ff96e530cf) on 28th Feb. We retried 10 times in 40 mins intervals, but it did not finish. Could you please help me to understand why orchestration got stuck.
