Research direction

Start with the setup-gh app-registration flow and trace where the chosen name is submitted. Add an early check for an existing app registration so the user can choose another name before the final step, then verify that duplicate names no longer fail only at completion.

Description

bug

When using draft setup-gh if i pick a name for my app registration that already exists, it doesn't validate that and let me pick a new name, instead I have to wait until the last step where it fails completely.

Error: app already exists
