Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by tracing the node registration flow and the logic that distinguishes generated ip-* hostnames from custom hostnames; done means generated-hostname nodes register before CycleCloud reports their hostname, while custom-hostname nodes retain the existing wait.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Currently we wait until the node's hostname is reported to CycleCloud before registering the node in GridEngine. This is critical with custom hostnames, however we can detect that a user will use generated hostnames and we can assume what the hostname will be. This will speed up the converge time for those nodes.
