azure.ai.evaluations and azure.ai.dataset are maintained without their author on the CODEOWNERS list, so review requests for those packages do not reach the person with the most context on them. There is currently a Build-32 bug batch in flight across both.

Ask: append one handle to the two existing entries in .github/CODEOWNERS, leaving every current owner in place.

Note for whoever picks this up: the account in question has Triage permission on this repository, not Write. If CODEOWNERS requires Write to auto-request review, the access level needs raising as well, or the entry will be accepted but never actually request anyone.
