Open the DirectConnector README and review the existing API Connection setup section, especially the ARM-based portal path. Update the instructions to present the Connectors SDK agent SKILL.md first, the AI Gateway as the first fallback, and the direct ARM approach as the second fallback with a working path. Confirm the obsolete Azure Portal path is removed and all three approaches are clearly ordered.

Description
The DirectConnector README has manual instructions for creating API Connections that should be improved:
- Preferred approach: Use the Connectors SDK's agent SKILL.md to ask an agent to create the necessary connection(s)
- First fallback: Use the AI Gateway directly to create connections
- Second fallback: Current ARM-based instructions for creating an API Connection directly (the "Azure Portal > Create Resource > API Connection" path doesn't exist in the portal)
The current instructions reference a portal path that doesn't exist. Update to reflect working approaches.
