Review the submitted WordPress block markup and its footer-layout context first. Decide whether the pattern belongs in an existing category or should wait for the site editor; done means an agreed placement and any required pattern changes.

This one feels more like a footer layout, but we don't have a "Footer" pattern category, and I'm not sure how this is going to fit once site editor lands.
