Description

EConsole requires the controller to be running while upgrading it. we had to stop the controller with controller installer earlier.
We cannot upgrade the secondary from Econsole when we don't have it discovered as would be using HA toolkit to maintain HA Pair. in this case we need to run the full replication from primary to secondary.
