Problem: not ProjectScoped, but its id references a project-scoped DataItem — two projects reusing a cell id collide once this class becomes writable. Unlike BrainRegion (deliberately global, documented in the schema), there is no rationale for this omission. Blocks etl_wnm_exc_05.

Fix: add the ProjectScoped mixin.
