Research direction

The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. Begin by inventorying the icons and their current sources across the Angular shared-components project, then compare the proposed libraries and choose one before planning the replacement. Done means the project uses one consistent icon style throughout, with the affected UI checked for visual regressions.

Description

enhancement library

Our current icons are not consistent. They differ in style, stroke width, size, and visual weight, which makes the UI feel less polished and cohesive. They come from different sources, so there's no unified look.

Suggested solution: Replace all icons with a single, well-maintained icon library such as Lucide, Tabler Icons, or Phosphor Icons to ensure a consistent style across the project.
